The brief was given to convert some 3,000 square metres of engine production plant into a state of the art conference centre. The requirement was for a full-range of facilities to provide the ideal setting for seminars and product presentations. Frank Williams, the Managing Director, ‘…wanted the new facilities to also provide a useful venue for other businesses to meet and progress their own commercial objectives.’
Working closely with DPDS Consultants, the client’s designers and project managers, we created the first-class vision WilliamsF1 had for their new Conference Centre. The conferencing facilities include 10 suites ranging in size from the 150 seat Ayrton Senna Auditorium to individual senate rooms for groups as small as 12. There is also a bar and two fully fitted kitchens. The museum houses over 40 cars and includes an interactive display.
Constructive completed the project on time and to budget. The client appreciates the high-quality fit out that truly reflects WilliamsF1 status in the racing world. This Centre also provides unsurpassed facilities to companies looking for a ‘remarkable’ conference centre.
