We worked closely with the landlord, property manager, letting agent and incoming tenant to develop the 4th floor of 80 Leadenhall St.

The incoming tenant, a NASDAQ-listed technology research and development company, needed a space their team could get straight to work in, whilst accommodating their specific requirements of ample storage, meeting space and connectivity with their US-based teams.

This CAT A+ refurbishment was carefully designed and delivered with the incoming occupier in mind.

A spacious open-plan area, equipped with desktop power and soft screen dividers for that extra touch of privacy, sits against perimeter windows to make best use of natural light and without interrupting the natural walkways.

Glass-fronted offices and meeting rooms have been formed throughout, alongside a main 12-person boardroom with all the AV equipment the team would need to correspond to their US offices.

A mix of carpet and vinyl flooring splits the space between open plan and private office, naturally flowing into the teapoint.

Bespoke joinery was used to meet the storage requirements of the new tenant.

This included coat cupboards and worktops for the staff working in the open-plan area, and worktops with low level cupboards in the central lab room and print room.

A quick project turnaround allowed the new tenant to move in and hit the ground running immediately.
