THE BRIEF
EW Healthcare Partners is a healthcare growth equity firm which has been pursuing and supporting growth companies since 1985.
With its existing lease coming to an end, EW Healthcare Partners took the opportunity to relocate its London offices to the iconic St James’s Sq.
To establish harmony with the prime London location, our client required an office which delivered a sense of understated timeless luxury whilst providing the necessary workspace for their team to excel.
THE DESIGN
Oak herringbone timber floors, sleek cut solid maple and porcelain work surfaces contribute to a scandinavian work environment that oozes quality from every angle.
All build and furniture elements were made bespoke, including the workstations and maple-framed glazed partitions.
The 8-person boardroom hosts a beautiful custom-made AV wall with the latest technology for our client to host international calls with ease.
THE LAYOUT
4 beautiful offices and the fully-equipped boardroom are placed at the perimeter of the space, adjacent to large windows for occupants to enjoy views overlooking St James’s Sq.
A partial height solid partition segregates the lift exit from the open plan area and teapoint, whilst still allowing light to flow the space, and conveniently provide additional storage.
The teapoint, constructed with matt cashmere-tone kitchen units, and a carbon neutral porcelain work surface by Consentino, maximises available space between the building’s supporting beams.
A pair of lounge areas sit at the most western and eastern sides of the offices for a relaxing break from the desk.
THE RESULT
EW Healthcare Partners has achieved a luxurious workplace in a prime London location in which it can further grow it’s incredible portfolio of healthcare companies, whilst allowing it to stay seamlessly connected with its US-based locations.
