Financial Planning and Wealth Management experts, Higgs Boson, acquired a compact space in the heart of the city, located at St Helen’s Place. The idea was simple. To transform their space into an area filled with vintage character, but at the same time possessing a clean, minimalist feel which represents the modern company they are. The client even going as far as saying they wanted it to feel like they were living in a “penthouse living room”.
Our designer worked hard to achieve the client’s specification, carefully handpicking items from a wide selection of suppliers, to perfectly suit the brief. A vintage ambience has been achieved in the kitchen/breakout area, using an array of heavy woods for the furniture, combining them with dark steels found on the meticulously selected pendant lighting and lamps. Clean white workstations have been used in conjunction with a specially constructed white storage wall to make full use of the natural light being emitted through the floor to ceiling glass windows on either side of the space. The workstations have been laid out in such a way to invite communication between the team, while still allowing each member to have their own unique space with individual desks.
“We are absolutely delighted with our new office and look forward to coming in to work every day. The team at Constructive Space were able to convert our thoughts into reality, proved themselves to be extremely empathetic to our functional and aesthetic requirements, and truly impressive when translating our aspirations into solid reality. They made what could have been a tortuous process into an absolute pleasure, nothing was too much trouble and from the perspective of the wonderful work environment we now enjoy, we would be happy to recommend them to anybody.” – Dermot O’Connor DipPFS Independent Financial Adviser
