The Brief
Modern recruitment company, Joss Search, were growing and not only needed more space for their expanding team, but more space to interview numerous new applicants.
Joss Search acquired their perfect prime location Mayfair office. Constructive Space had the task of designing and completing a full office fit out, including meeting rooms, desking, kitchen area, teapoint, power, data and air conditioning.
The Solution
Joss Search now have a stunning, colourful new office space.
A series of colour coordinated interview rooms were created to enhance productivity, each named after locations Joss Search operate in frequently.
Informal seating areas have been placed strategically throughout the space to encourage employee collaboration and communication.
