The Brief
Höegh Capital Partners appointed Constructive Space to relocate their office to another floor in the building they already occupied. The objective of the move was to improve overall efficiency in the use of space and encourage communication between departments.
A high specification office fit out was required. This included ensuring environmental controls were working to their optimum, obtaining the landlords ‘licence for alterations’, establishing power, voice and data requirements and installing cabling & wireless systems.
The brief was to re-inforce their image, strengthen the relationship with their members and provide a working environment that not only allows integration of technology but makes it a place to inspire.
The Solution
A dynamic modern environment, which combines new & existing furniture, has been created. Using our inherent experience, skills and understanding of workplace planning the highly functional space offers a combination of different environments to allow staff to work in a way that is right for them.
HCP’s substantial art collection, ship models and artefacts together with sophisticated colour choices, bespoke joinery, wood flooring and modern surfaces result in a stunning finished project that reflects the company’s status in the financial advisory industry.
