Constructive Space awarded 17,000 sq ft Shelter refurbishment.
We’re delighted to be able to announce we have been awarded the contract to refurbish Shelter’s head office building at 88 Old Street, London.
Designed by Burtt-Jones & Brewer, the project will span 7 floors and will require a complete overhaul of the circa 17,000 sq ft space over a carefully considered 18 week staggered programme.
With 70% of our business within the charity and not-for-profit sector, it’s a privilege to add another fantastic name to our ever growing portfolio of charity clients.
Shelter campaigns to end homelessness and bad housing across Britain, providing advice, information and advocacy to people in need, and tackles the root causes of bad housing by lobbying government and local authorities for new laws and policies to improve the lives of homeless and badly housed people.
With works underway, we’re progressing inline with a floor-by-floor programme to allow Shelter staff members to return to the office at the soonest convenience.
We can’t wait to show you the finished product.
