Over £17,000 Raised for the MS Trust
Last year, Constructive Space chose the MS Trust as their charity of the year.
The aim was to raise £10,000 – we are very pleased to announce that over £17,000 was raised. Constructive Space for MS Trust Virgin Giving Page
Fund raising activities included: Sober for October. This meant no alcohol for the month – some members of the Constructive Space Team did well for the most part but others found it more difficult and, therefore, had to pay the forfeit. One person was completely tea-total whilst another broke his leg!
Veganuary. The idea was for everyone to eat Vegan for January. Most found this difficult to sustain (those bacon butties were too enticing). But there were a couple of the team who did brilliantly and even enjoyed/benefitted from the experience. And, of course, Nick our resident vegan had no problem!
MS Trust Golf Day. On the 5th July a brilliant day was spent on the Addington Golf Course. More info on our blog: Constructive Space for the MS Trust Golf Day
And, finally, Dan and Dionne’s Scottish Canoe Challenge. In September they took to the water for a gruelling few days. More info: Dan and Dionne’s Scottish Canoe Challenge
As a national charity, The MS Trust, is dedicated to helping people living with multiple sclerosis across the UK.
We are very pleased to have contributed funds to The MS Trust – a charity close to our hearts. We enjoyed every moment working with the Trust to achieve this wonderful goal.
Each of our team received a lovely letter from Emma Barker, MS Trust, which outlines the specifics on how we helped.
